She moves constantly even in her sleep. I'm not sure where she gets all this energy. She loves to give us kisses and mimics everything we do. She shrugs her shoulders just like me. Sorry gotta go...someone is getting into stuff. Love motherhood. :-)
Oh yeah...and the Benadryl...does not work with her. I tested it in the hotel before we came down here and it worked great, but when I gave it to her in the airport she acted like she was on speed or something. Maybe I should just go look for valume (spelling is wrong...sorry) for Patrick and I. LOL
Love to all at home. Hey Dennis, is the house clean and totally baby proofed. :-)

Oh April.... It was so much fun seeing her run around the room this morning and giving you and her Dady kisses. She just melts my heart.... we will be praying for the flights!
Enjoy your day in Guangzhou!
Please tell Jordan we said Hi
and don't forget to go to A Gift From China!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Glad to hear things have calmed a bit. Tantrums happen with all toddlers..it is the frustration of not being able to make themselves understood. When you get home and settle into a routine, she will mellow. Routine is the pathway to security. As she learns to speak more English things will get better...hang in there. Love to all of you, GRANDEE
I am so glad the stroller is helping, we bought one in Guangzhou, it was a life saver! Eliana sounds like such a precious, full of life, spunky, little princess. I hope she is sleeping well at night because I know her mommy needs to be after a day of "constant motion". Are you ready to come home? We can't wait to see you and meet Eliana.
Love,
Cheri
Yay for strollers! We bought Ella's from Jordan, too (did you get the blue and yellow one, 'cause if so, we have matching strollers for our almost 2 year olds!).
Are you enjoying your time on the Island? I love it there -- so peaceful (in the middle of such a huge and busy city, it's unnaturally serene).
Can't believe your journey is nearly at an end. We'd love to see some pictures when you have a minute. Have a wonderful day!
April,
Eliana sounds SO much like Mia! Yes, the stroller is perfect and all I can recommend for the flight home is LOTS OF SNACKS - this what we did for Mia and also we asked a nice man to move to a different seat so we could have the 3 seats and let her "stretch out" - not going to sugar coat it, it is a long flight; but try to get some "new" toys or let her play with the contents of your pocketbook -
Hi April! My oldest boy is that way on Benadryl and any other med that says it should make you sleepy. He's still like that at 17. Isn't it fun to discover are kids little quirks, likes and dislikes? Way to go with the stroller! Can't wait to see you. Marie
Have a safe and peaceful flight tomorrow my friend.
Will be praying.
April, you lucky girl!!! Benadryl didn't work on Mia either!!! Whatever you do...DO NOT GIVE IT TO HER ON THE PLANE RIDE HOME!!!!!BTDT
Eliana sounds like a spunky lttle doll!

Maybe the exhaustion from the past few days will catch up with her and she will sleep on the flight home!
Praying for a safe trip-

Hope all is getting better, one day at a time.
Safe travels home!
