Adrienne looks at your pics with great anticipation. She can't wait to meet her! She especially loved the video and asks to watch it. We are so happy for the 3 of you. Eliana is so beautiful!!! I was able to catch up this morning on your journey.
My heart was right there with you on Gotcha day when you are given this tiny little baby who really wants nothing to do with you at the time. Another family in our travel group had a very similar experience with their daughter who was 2. She'd already had 24 months to learn, imprint from any bonding from the orphanage and now was handed off to this strange "white" family.
But Eliana looks like she is doing so well with you guys. And what with the BLUE SKIES. My goodness we only saw it once in 16 days and it was only slightly blue through clouds. How totally beautiful.
Enjoy the weather and scenery. And yes aren't the smells interesting to say the least.
